1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "ph365", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the ph365.mom website and its associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on the ph365 platform or is using its services.

"Account" means a personal account registered on ph365. "Bonus" means any promotional offer or reward provided by ph365. The meaning of any term used in these conditions will be determined by its context.

2 Applicability of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ph365 platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any other applicable ph365 policies. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ph365 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. We will endeavour to provide notice of significant changes.

3 Eligibility and Age Restrictions

ph365 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

• Registration or gaming on ph365 by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited.
• ph365 may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.
• Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their minor children do not use this platform.

4 Account Registration and Security

To open an account on ph365, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may create only one account.

• The name, address, phone number, and other details provided at registration must be truthful.
• Opening multiple accounts by the same person, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. Do not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ph365 support team immediately.
• ph365 may request an identity document or other documents for account verification when necessary.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on ph365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposit requests made through any other method will not be accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to your ph365 account quickly, though delays may occur due to the payment gateway.
• If you experience any deposit issues, take a screenshot of the transaction and contact the support team.

6 Withdrawals and Fund Retrieval

To successfully withdraw from ph365, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• ph365 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ph365 offers various promotional offers, including a welcome bonus. Specific terms apply to each bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 150% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Another example: deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not including the deposit).
• Example: a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

ph365 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel a bonus at any time. If bonus abuse is found (for example, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts), the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

• A bonus can only be activated through an actual cash deposit.
• Receiving multiple bonus offers at the same time is generally not possible.
• Winnings from a bonus are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement has been met.

8 Acceptable Use

When using the ph365 platform, you are required to follow these rules:

• All applicable laws and regulations must be followed.
• You must treat other members with respect.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ph365's systems or network is strictly prohibited.
• Managing an account using automated tools, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
• Manipulating game outcomes or attempting to defraud other members is strictly prohibited.
• Using ph365 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is prohibited.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on ph365 and will result in account closure:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Playing games or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting system errors to gain an advantage in games. If you find a bug or error, notify ph365 immediately.
• Filing a chargeback claim against ph365 while attempting to retain any winnings.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving indecently toward other members.

10 Account Closure and Bans

ph365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• If age or identity cannot be verified.
• At the direction of a lawful authority.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited. The remaining balance from actual deposits may be returned in accordance with policy.

A user may also request closure of their own account at any time. This process can be completed by contacting the support team.

11 VIP Program and Rewards

ph365 operates a special program with three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

ph365 may promote you to a higher tier based on your activity and contribution. The details of VIP benefits may change at ph365's discretion.

VIP rewards and cashback will be credited directly to your account balance. Specific wagering requirements may also apply to these rewards.

12 Responsible Gaming

ph365 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment purposes and should never cause financial hardship.

• You have the right to set your own spending limits — set deposit or session limits through the support team.
• If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, contact us immediately.
• The option to voluntarily activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available.

13 Limitation of Liability

ph365 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment systems.
• Security issues with your own device or network.
• Benefits missed due to a promo code not being used correctly.
• Force majeure circumstances beyond ph365's control.

ph365 always uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure and to ensure fair play. Our games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to guarantee impartiality.

14 Intellectual Property & Content

All content published on the ph365 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of ph365 and is protected by applicable laws.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission from ph365 is prohibited.
• Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Content from third-party game providers is covered by their own intellectual property policies.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

In brief:

• Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services.

• You may request to review or delete your data stored in your account.

16 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between ph365 and a user, the following process must be followed:

• As a first step, try to resolve the issue through the support team.
• Submit the details of the dispute via live chat or email ([email protected]).
• ph365 will review the matter within a reasonable time and communicate its decision.
• ph365's decision will be considered final, though the right to a fair review is reserved.

Resolution through discussion is our first priority in settling disputes. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and impartially.

17 Service Changes & Suspension

ph365 reserves the following rights:

• The right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
• The right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance purposes — we will try to give as much advance notice as possible.
• The right to add new games, features, or methods.
• The right to modify existing games or features.

ph365 sincerely regrets any inconvenience caused by service changes. However, these changes are necessary to ensure technological improvement and security.
